To avoid penalty of first night room rate plus taxes, reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival. In case of No-Show, the first night room rate plus taxes will be charged.

There is no deposit required for single reservations booked directly with us! All we need is a credit card on file as a guarantee on the room and the ability to enforce our cancellation policy. For bookings of 3 rooms or more we require a deposit of 1 night + tax, this deposit is refundable if cancelled outside of our 72hr cancellation policy.

Check-in: anytime after 4:00 pm Check-out: prior to 11:00 am

On check-in a pre-authorisation equal to your total anticipated stay, plus a $100 deposit for incidentals will be placed in a “holding-state” on your credit card. On checkout, if you use your credit card to pay for the room, the room amount will be processed and the deposit will be released. Credit card holds usually take 3-10 business days to clear. If after 10 business days the amount has not cleared, we advise you to contact your credit card company directly.
